Night walk through Montgrós

On Saturday, July 27th, Canyelles City Council organized a night walk through Montgrós for the benefit of our Foundation. Several members of the Foundation attended, including the president, Mercè Codina, and the secretary, Ramon Rovira.

The excursion consisted of a circular route of around 10 km, where the participants were able to reach the summit of Montgrós by a relatively difficult direct path and then return by another more suitable path for the descent. Despite the high heat, it was worth getting to the top, where the hikers could eat their sandwiches while enjoying wonderful night views of the entire region.

We would like to thank the mayoress of Canyelles, Rosa Huguet, and the City Council of Canyelles, for having the initiative to organize this event, which allowed the people of the town to enjoy some time walking in nature, and at the same time help raise funds for sarcoma research.

From Fundarc, we are very satisfied with how this walk went and the people who attended, about 200 people, and this will surely encourage us to organize one ourselves soon.
